The burner provides 2 concentric zones with flames, for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The flame of the stove is adjusted by progressive increase-decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
