The burner provides 2 concentric zones with flames for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The flame of the stove is adjusted by progressive increase and decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
