Cooking range for narrow countertops with 3 very powerful burners for high performance. Ideal device for any small restaurant, kitchen, pizzeria, tavern, for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for deep frying, and generally for any kind of fried food. The burners provide 2 concentric zones with flames for uniform distribution of the flame on the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The flame of the stove is adjusted by progressive increase and decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
