Cooking range with 2 very powerful burners for high performance. Ideal device for any restaurant, kitchen, hotel, pizzeria, tavern, for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for deep frying and generally for any kind of fried food.
The burners provide 2 concentric zones with flames for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The adjustment of the burner flame is done by progressive increase and decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
