Electric pizza oven for 12 pizzas F12L SERGAS

Mainly suitable for baking pizza, pastry products but also for restaurant use.

Thanks to the special design of its walls, it has the ability to raise its operating temperature to the desired level very quickly and maintain it constant despite the constant opening and closing of the door.

It has a baking level which is heated by two resistors (one above and one below) controlled by independent thermostats.

The baking surface is made of ceramic plate suitable for directly receiving food. Each chamber has independent lighting and an adjustable opening for the induction of its air space.
