Electric pizza oven for 8 pizzas F8 SERGAS
Suitable mainly for baking pizza, pastry products but also for restaurant use.
Thanks to the special design of its walls, it has the ability to raise its operating temperature to the desired level very quickly and maintain it constant despite the constant opening and closing of the door.
It has two baking levels. Each baking level is heated by two resistors (one upper and one lower) controlled by independent thermostats.
The baking surface is made of ceramic plate suitable for directly receiving food. Each chamber has independent lighting and an adjustable opening for the induction of the air of the room.
