The long-standing successful presence of this oven in the space is a result of its reliable and economical operation, while its ability to handle large loads without difficulty has established it as the standard choice of the most serious businesses.
Their operating temperature is regulated by two thermostats and has a refractory plate and interior lighting. The door is of the bakery oven type for easy insertion and extraction of products and has a window for monitoring the interior, avoiding constant opening and closing.
It has the ability to be installed either as a standalone unit or in a combination (floors) that include more than one oven. In this way, one can create a flexible system whose capacity can be increased to future along with the possible increase in its requirements.
