IS 120M INICIA SYSTEMS Utensil and potwasher, is designed to wash all the industrial cooking utensils of your business, whether they are gastronorm (GN) trays, pots, baking or pastry trays, utensils - accessories that need deep cleaning or just daily maintenance cleaning. All you have to do is place the tools inside the Iniciasystems® and wait for the chemical reaction of the exclusive biodegradable products to complete the cleaning process. When you remove the utensils, you only need to rinse them.
