- Insulated double-wall construction, each trolley is equipped with 2 practical full-height pushing pipes and the doors are equipped with a thermic gasket
- Each model has 4 anti-track corner bumpers and 4 swiveling castors Ø12,5cm, 2 with brakes
- The cabinets internally have no-overturning “C-shaped” support rails for GN pans or “L-shaped” guides for trays and baking tins
- The frames with the guides are removable to allow their easy cleaning and of the inner cabinet
