Cooking range that is combined in dimensions with other related machines on the same counter, such as grills, fryers, etc. that have a height of 250mm. Ideal device for any restaurant, hotel, kitchen, pizzeria, tavern, for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for deep frying, and generally for all kinds of fried foods.
It has 2 very powerful burners for high efficiency. They provide 2 concentric zones with flames for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The flame of the burners is adjusted by progressive increase-decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
