• Ergonomically designed double-walled sliding doors, insulated with polyurethane
• Equipped with one halogen lamp per GN 1/1 basin, in the bain marie with display case
• Protection of the resistance in case of low water level 
• Liquid type operation
• The water temperatures in the bain marie (max. 90^oC) and in the heated cabinet (max. 72^oC) are regulated by separate thermostats
• Maximum GN basin depth: 150mm (basins not included)
• Stainless steel legs adjustable in height
  
• It has a valve for easy water drainage
• Equipped with a non-return valve for direct connection to the hydraulic network (maximum pressure 2000KPa).
• Power: 3.25kW / 220V
