Place the cake in the center of the machine. Slide the vertical knife along the cake and rotate the disc manually, maintaining a constant distance between the knife and the cake.

Adjust the position of the cake if necessary. Place the horizontal knife on the cake. Turn on the machine and select the desired speed (recommended: 75–85 RPM).

Use a piping bag with buttercream or ganache and spread it cream starting from the center outwards. As the cake rotates, the excess cream is automatically removed.

Once the top surface is complete, continue with the sides, from top to bottom. Adjust the knives for tighter corners or a thinner layer of cream, if desired.
