    • Transport trolley for shelf trolley with fixed height (60.73.999 / 73.5 x 99.6 x 99cm) or height-adjustable (60.75.605 / 73.5 x 99 x 80-133cm): The transport trolley allows the rack trolley to be loaded and unloaded outside the cooking system, as well as its safe transport. The height-adjustable transport trolley is suitable for positioning the cooking systems on worktops and raised lower bases.
    • Thermocover (6004.1014 trolley cover): Special insulating materials ensure that the food remains warm for up to 20 minutes after the Finishing process. Simple magnetic safety for easy opening and closing.
    • Integrated fat drainage system:  Dripping fats are automatically and reliably removed from the cooking chamber into special fat collection containers. Included: grease collection pan, tubing and collection container. For its installation, a 14-position cabinet is required, 108.2 x 90.3 x 69.9 cm cm open on 2 sides with legs 60.31.087 or with wheels 60.31.104 (110.5x96.9x69.9 cm) or closed on all sides with front doors with legs (86x70.3x69.9 cm) 60.31.093 or with wheels (88.3x76.9x69.9 cm) 60.31.107 or with stabilization if it is Marine Line 60.31.111 for open and 60.31.115 for closed, 110.7 x 91.5 x 69.9 cm
    • MarineLine for electrical appliances: Allows efficient and safe operation of the cooking system on ships, even in rough seas. Equipment features: Anti-tip and anti-slip protection for tabletop appliances by screwing into fixed lower bases (cabinets), adjustable door stabilizer to slow down the opening and closing movement of the door and to stabilize it in the open position, door impact protection grid (60.76.356 for right-hand opening door or 60.76.412 for left-hand opening door).
