Additional external core temperature sensors can be connected via USB. With two external core temperature sensors, up to three different dishes can be simultaneously monitored in the iProductionManager of the iCombi Pro (together with the internal core temperature sensor).

The basic external core temperature sensor allows for monitoring one product in the iCombi Pro or can be used as a replacement for the internal core temperature sensor in the iCombi

The sous vide and pasteurization core temperature sensor enables vacuum-sealed cooking and precise monitoring of core temperature.

With the extension kit, an external core temperature sensor can be installed in an additional cooking system in compliance with hygiene standards.

The core temperature sensor positioning aid facilitates the correct placement of the sensor in liquids, soft, or very small products. The positioning aid can be mounted on the rack trolley and side support rails.
