Gas gyro with 4 very powerful horizontal burners for fast cooking. Ideal device for any restaurant, small gyro shop, hotel, pizzeria, tavern, with moderate gyro needs.

The correct combustion of the gas inside each burner without flames to the outside, gives infrared radiation with the best ceramic tiles that withstand up to 1250° C. This ensures uniform temperature distribution vertically - parallel to the meat - while the burners are protected by a special refractory mesh resistant to 1850° C. The burner flame is adjusted by progressively increasing or decreasing the corresponding tap-switch, so that we have absolute control of the temperature on the meat. The motor is located at the bottom of the machine, inside the base, protected from the temperature and the liquids that fall during cooking. A special bearing system protects the motor from the weight of the meat, so there is no more strain on it.
