Electric titling pan 150Lt WW9ENRA.0001996 iVario Pro XL RATIONAL. A titling pan is a professional kitchen appliance that is mainly used in commercial kitchens and catering companies. It uses contact heat and can boil, fry, simmer or even stew. It is often used for large quantities of food. The cooking system can be tilted, e.g. to empty the food, for efficient transfer to containers.  A RATIONAL iVario is ideal for cooking many dishes, such as meat, seafood, vegetables, stews or sauces. It is suitable for sautéing but also for slow cooking and boiling. Typical fried dishes, such as omelettes or rice dishes, can also be cooked effectively in a tilting pan. It is also particularly suitable for preparing dairy dishes, where thanks to the powerful iVarioBoost heating system, food no longer burns and the cooking system informs you when it is ready, without any supervision. Hobs, pots, pans, deep fryers, kettles, bain-marie, all combined in one – in the iVario, for cooking, baking and frying, up to 4 times faster, with up to 40% lower energy consumption. In this way, the iVario Pro replaces many conventional kitchen appliances. Every dish is prepared in a unique way and to a high quality.

  • Ethernet port: With the integrated Ethernet port, the cooking system can be connected to an existing network, e.g. for connection to ConnectedCooking or for exporting HACCP data
  • SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) connection preparation - Marine version*: The cooking system has an additional safety temperature limiter and can be connected to an external 230V signal lamp (max. 8A, not included in the scope of delivery). In this case, the corresponding connection terminals are pre-assembled and allow: indication of voltage activation in the device, indication of oil overheating and switching off by an external emergency switch (device not included in the scope of delivery). A potential-free contact is integrated and no additional order is required.
