It combines the favorite flavor of grilled food with the convenience, cleanliness, hygiene, safety and economy of using gas.

Under the burner flame there is a water drawer to reduce smoke from burning fats. All parts of the device (frame, burner, external surfaces) are made of stainless steel.

Combustion safety is constantly controlled by an electronic safety valve (thermocouples) and they have a piezoelectric igniter and a pilot for lighting the burner.
