Cooking stove with a very powerful burner for high efficiency. Ideal equipment for any restaurant, kitchen, hotel, pizzeria, tavern, for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for deep frying and generally for any kind of fried.
The burner provides 2 concentric zones with flames, for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The flame of the burners is adjusted by progressive increase-decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
