The direct heating from the best ceramic glass as well as the high power of the infrared radiation they develop, give very high speed in baking and uniform distribution of temperature that spreads vertically, in two columns, parallel to the meat. The intensity of the ceramics is adjusted by operating the corresponding switch, so that we have absolute control of the temperature on the meat.
