  • Rack Trolley with 10 levels 60.12.150 (rail spacing 63 mm) with insertion rail 60.74.650 — if the rack trolley package is selected.

  • Plate Trolley for 42 or 52 plates (60.12.062 or 60.12.022) with insertion rail 60.74.650: Enables Finishing of pre-plated dishes (up to Ø 31 cm) — if the rack trolley package is selected.

  • Transport Trolley for rack trolley with fixed height (60.73.999 / 73.5 x 99.6 x 99 cm) or adjustable height (60.75.605 / 73.5 x 99 x 80–133 cm): Allows loading/unloading of the rack trolley outside the cooking system and its safe transport. The version is suitable for countertop installation or elevated base setups.

  • Thermocover (6004.1014 cover for trolley): Special insulating materials keep food warm for up to 20 minutes after the Finishing process. Simple magnetic fastening for easy opening and closing.

  • Integrated Grease Drain System: Dripping fats are automatically and drained from the cooking chamber into dedicated grease collection containers. Included: grease tray, piping, and collection container.   • MarineLine for electric units: Ensures safe and efficient operation of the cooking system on ships, even in rough seas. Features include: anti-tilt and anti-slip fixation of tabletop units by bolting them onto secured bases (cabinets), adjustable door stabiliser for controlled opening/closing and to hold the door open, impact protection grid for the door (60.76.356 for right-hinged door, 60.76.412 for left-hinged door). Special side racks and transport trolleys secure cooking accessories against accidental movement. Complies with USPHS hygiene standards and certified by Germanischer Lloyd.

  • Safety Door Latch: Prevents sudden opening of the cooking chamber door, protecting users from injuries caused by escaping hot steam. The door opens with a two-step handle action.
