Classic static oven for all kinds of food. Easy and uniform baking with a very nice result in the browning of the food when using the upper position of the chamber. Due to its special construction, we can use 1 GN 2/1 or 2GN 1/1. The construction is stainless inside and out except for the lower part of the chamber which is made of D.K.P. steel for better temperature transmission.
