Cooking range with 4 very powerful burners for high efficiency. Ideal device for any restaurant, kitchen, hotel, pizzeria, tavern, for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for deep frying and generally for any kind of fried food.
The burners give 2 concentric zones with flames for uniform distribution of the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption-exploitation of energy inside the utensils. The adjustment of the flame of the burners is done by progressive increase-decrease, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the corresponding tap-switch.
