2-level charcoal grill SK78D SERGAS, with the ability to automatically rotate the grilled food placed on a skewer (skewer, sausage, kebab).
In this way, uniform cooking is achieved, without "drying" the meat (due to the presence of water in the drawer) and of course, supervision time is minimized.
In case the user wants to cook other types of meat, e.g. burgers, steaks, pancetta, etc., the mechanism is lifted and placed on the grill.
