Gas gyro with 3 very powerful double burners for fast cooking. Ideal device for every gyro shop, tavern, restaurant, hotel, with sufficient gyro quantity needs.

The proper combustion of the gas inside each burner without flames to the outside, gives an infrared radiation with the best ceramic tiles. This ensures uniform temperature distribution vertically - parallel to the meat - while the burners are protected by a special fire-resistant mesh resistant to 1850° C. The burner flame is adjusted by progressively increasing or decreasing the corresponding tap-switch, so that we have absolute control of the temperature on the meat.
