Works quickly, easily, and safely, ideal for professional use in pastry shops, gelaterias, bars, and catering. Create ice creams, sorbets, mousses, creams, sauces, soups, and dozens of other preparations in just 1–2 minutes, directly from individual portions of frozen ingredients!

Simply pour the mixture into the specially designed single-serve plastic containers provided with the machine. Place the containers in a blast chiller or freezer and freeze at -20°C. When needed, place the frozen container in the Frix Air and press “Start” for a cycle of approximately 2 minutes or “Fast” for a cycle of about 1 minute. In just a few simple steps, you’ll have a creamy, velvety preparation in no time.
