Description
The professional built-in wood-fired oven 120 Verace by Valoriani, is the result of experience since 1890.
The patented R.H.S.® system (Re-cycling Heating System), allows us to recover and utilize heat, making the flow at high temperature under the specially designed oven floor and inside the oven. Thanks to the R.H.S.® system, the floor temperature is uniform and constant even in areas far from the heat source.
