Due to its dimensions and speed (300°C in 7 minutes) it can easily respond to increased load requirements.
In the stainless steel baking chamber, in addition to the circulation of hot air, there is the possibility of channeling steam that is rapidly produced in the fan stage and is distributed evenly throughout the space.
These characteristics make it ideal for baking bakery products (bread rolls, croissants, pies, etc.), pasta, large pieces of meat (ham), as well as "au gratin" type dishes.
A fan that rotates counterclockwise and clockwise at periodic intervals helps to evenly distribute the hot air inside the chamber. A thermostat and a timer program the operation of the entire system, while steam is added by pressing a button at the time selected by the user and for as long as necessary.
It has a double-glazed door and chamber lighting so that it is easy to monitor the baking process at any time. The shelves inside can accommodate up to five Gastronom 1/1 type pans or up to five 40x60cm baking sheets.
