Description
Professional gas oven for 20GN 1/1 trays CD 120G INOXTREND, Combi mode with Direct Steam. The Combi models with Direct Steam, have independent humidity, air with steam and pure steam. Essentially, you can steam cook with the maximum saturation of the product reaching 50-60%.
