      Optional:

      • Integrated grease drainage system: Dripping grease is automatically and reliably removed from the cooking chamber into special grease collection containers. Included: grease collection tray, tubing and collection container. 
      • Transport trolley for grease containers. Allows the containers to be safely transported 60.73.309 (only if integrated grease drainage system is selected)
      • Door safety lock: The door safety lock prevents the cooking chamber door from being opened too quickly and thus protects against injuries that may occur.caused by escaping hot steam.  Open the cooking compartment door by pressing the door handle twice
      • Input ramp for shelf trolley. The tilt ramp can compensate for slopes (up to 3%) on the kitchen floor. This ensures that the shelf transport base is inserted correctly into the RATIONAL appliance. 60.21.262
      • MarineLine for electrical appliances: Allows efficient and safe operation of the cooking system on ships, even in rough seas. Equipment features: Stainless steel feet and additional fixing set allow floor-standing appliances (types 20-1/1, 20-2/1) to be screwed or welded and thus secured against tipping and slipping, adjustable door stabiliser to slow down the opening and closing movement of the door and to stabilise it in the open position, door impact protection grid (60.76.413).
