Professional electric oven CW for 20GN 1/1 CD 120E LEVEL UP INOXTREND, Combi with Direct Steam. COMBI models with Direct Steam have independent moisture, steam air and steam. In essence, you can cook on steamed with the maximum saturation of the product reaching 50-60%.
